50X Formaldehyde Buffer Solution
50 x concentrated buffered Formalin solution.
When diluted, it is the most widely used general purpose routine fixative for tissue samples.
This solution is hypotonic in terms of buffer ions and has a pH of 6.8 and tends to reduce the formation of formalin pigment.
